The room was a good size and super quiet, which we loved. the bedrooms were spacious too. the staff was really efficient and incredibly helpful! 🌟

Comfortable and spacious room, had everything we needed. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was tidy. Great location close to restaurants, the highway, and the city. 🌟

The room is neat and large, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. It has a good location, right next to the old plaza, Paintsville, Kentucky, restaurants, and the main highway.

The facility is in a convenient location.

The facility/room wasn't so much dirty as it was run-down. Being placed immediately next to the hotel's laundry/janitorial room didn't help the experience. There aren't many lodging choices in Paintsville, but if I ever return I'll try to stay elsewhere.

The location was great, it was just up the road from many shopping stores and restaurants. The hotel was easy to find with all the Days Inn signs especially since my gps lost its signal

Because the hotel is located in the mountains you can forget about having phone services but I was excited to know that the hotel had wifi but once we arrived I became very disappointed because wifi was very slow and I still wasn't able to use my phone. They had a updated TV so I'm assuming they are starting some upgrades to the property, but our room had dirt build up in the corners and looked a very dinghy but nothing that a fresh coat of paint couldn't handle. But overall the room served it's purpose, we just needed a place to sleep for the night

The room had central heating, a seating area, a comfortable bed, and a private bathroom, which were all convenient amenities.

Old needs updating, smelled musty and like cigarettes. No plug for bathtub to take bath.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, had to cancel a trip as a volunteer. In trying to get refund of 100% of price via phone, manager was rude and when I said I would file a complaint with Attorney General's Office, she told me, "Go ahead". I will continue to volunteer at nursing home, just will never stay at Days Inn.

I truly enjoyed this moderately priced hotel and stayed for 1 night here. I booked a room with a comfy bed, central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a seating area.
